These Transparent coloured vinyls are designed for backlit signage, window graphics and colour change overlaminating use.  While not optically clear, they are designed for glass decorations and light boxes.  The film is a monomeric calendered vinyl with a gloss finish.  They come with a liner that offers superior cuttability with conventional die-cutting and computer sign making systems.
