3.4 mil Premium Calendered Translucent

SMF's Trasnluscent series is a 3.4mil premium polymeric calendered vinyl suitable for use in almost all types of backlit signage applications. This translucent vinyl is UV-stabilized and designed for consistent color appearance and long-term outdoor performance—up to 7 years for standard colors and 5 years for metallics. It features a durable solvent-based adhesive with excellent dimensional stability and water resistance, making it suitable for both dry and wet application methods. The kraft liner ensures smooth, reliable plotter cutting across a wide range of computer-controlled signmaking equipment. Compatible with thermoforming when applied to acrylic panels, this film performs best when applied at temperatures above 10°C to clean, degreased surfaces.
